Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the adjustable dumbbells and components back into their original heavy-duty packaging to ensure safety during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
